I’m Simon Preston, founder of CognAlign. I work with public and private sector organisations that want to treat neurodiversity as a genuine strategic asset. I help leaders quickly spot where their everyday systems support, or unintentionally hold back, neurodivergent employees. Through an interactive workshop and a deeper staff‑led inquiry, I uncover strengths, pressure points, and untapped potential across the organisation.
My approach blends lived experience with academic and professional rigour. I hold an MBA with Distinction in Educational Leadership and Management, I’m PRINCE2 Practitioner trained, and I’m currently completing an EdD focused on the neurodiverse education workforce.
